Drawsko Pomorskie
Drawsko Pomorskie is a town in north-eastern Poland, with 12,000 inhabitants (2000).
Located in West Pomeranian Voivodship (since 1999), it is the capital of Drawsko Pomorskie County .
The town received its city charter in 1297. In 1701 it became part of Prussia. Its German name was Dramburg. The town became part of Poland in 1945.
Near the town there exists a large military training area. It is frequently used for military exercises by the armies of NATO countries.
