Drum Barracks
Drum Barracks in Wilmington, California (a district of Los Angeles), is the only major American Civil War landmark in Southern California. Home of Camp Drum from 1861 to 1871, it was the Union's southwestern headquarters, and oversaw the Union territory of southern California and Arizona.
