E.L.M. Burns
Lieutenant General Edison Louis Millard "Tommy" Burns, C.C., D.S.O., O.B.E., M.C., C.D., (June 17, 1897 - September 13, 1985) was a Canadian Army officer and diplomat.
In 1967 he was made a Companion of the Order of Canada.
He was the 1981 recipient of the Pearson Medal of Peace for his work in the military of Canada.
