E3 can refer to several things:
- Eł (Electronic Entertainment Expo), a yearly computer expo and conference
- E3 is also the name of one of the communications channels defined in the so-called E-carrier standard, the European version of the PDH communications standard. It is the European equivalent of the American DS3
- E3 was an E-class submarine of the Royal Navy that was torpedoed and sunk by the German U-27 on October 18, 1917
- E3, a Mazda piston engine
- An EMD E3 diesel locomotive
