Sculptor Dwarf Galaxy

The Sculptor Dwarf Galaxy (also called E351-G30, PGC 3589, A0058, Sculptor Dwarf Spheroidal Galaxy) is a dwarf spheroidal galaxy in the Local Group that is a satellite of the Milky Way in the direction of the constellation of Sculptor. It was discovered in 1938 by Harlow Shapley. The galaxy lies 285,000 light years from the solar system.
