Ellsworth P. Bertholf
Ellsworth Bertholf (April 7, 1866-November 11, 1921), He served as the first Commandant of the United States Coast Guard from 1915 to 1919 and the last Commandant of the United States Revenue Cutter Service, before its merger into the Coast Guard, from 1911 to 1915.
