Emanuel Sandhu

Emanuel Sandhu (born November 18, 1980) is a Canadian ice skater.
He was born in 1980 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He later relocated to Burnaby, British Columbia to continue training with his coach Joanne Mcleod at the B.C. Centre of Excellence. He began skating at the age of 8 and studied at Canada's National Ballet School. His ballet training and East Indian/Italian heritage has given him a unique style and look. He was the Canadian Nationals Champion in 2001, 2003, and 2004, and he won the Grand Prix Final in 2003. Emanuel recently became the men's champion at Skate Canada 2004.
