Emotion Eric

Eric Conveys an Emotion is a humor website in which Eric, the site's owner, takes requests for emotions, and then posts photos of him acting out the emotions.

The requests include emotions in the traditional sense such as happiness, sadness, anger, fear and annoyance, as well as requests such as "I would like to see Eric hurt physically. Preferably, he falls down long stairs...like in The Exorcist or something." and very specific requests like "Working on a tech supportline, answering your 500th call of someone who claims he can't send email".

It has gained reasonable fame for its strange emotional requests and obviously photoshopped images. In 2003, the site was nominated for a Webby award in the humor category.

On the Emotion Eric: Adventure Edition 'The Football Game', Homestar Runner characters can be seen in the background, and the game is played against the creators of Homestar Runner, Matt and Mike Chapman.

  • Frame One: Trogdor The Burninator
  • Frame Two: The Ugly One
  • Frame Three: 1936 Homestar Runner
  • Frame Four: Homestar Runner
  • Frame Five: Strong Bad
  • Frame Six: The Cheat
  • Frame Seven: The Cheat and Strong Mad
  • Frame Eight: Stinko Man 20X6

In recent history however, it seems that Eric has had less and less time to put into his page, which is now infrequently updated.

As of December 29, 2004, Eric reported that, to quote Strong Bad of Homestar Runner fame "The system is down", apparently, his server is in a "tizzy" and he will give a full analysis later.

On January 2, 2005, Eric announced his websited was "broken", going through some upgrades, and should be up shortly.
