Emotional dissonance
Emotional dissonance is a feeling that arise due to being forced to fake an emotion. For example, an air hostess is always expected to display a smiling face, even though she may not currently in a happy mood. It should be noted that some people for example comedians, can however be able to display significant degree of Emotional adaptability without feeling pressured.
