Estelí
Estelí is the second largest town in northern Nicaragua (after Matagalpa ). It is located on the Pan American Highway 150km north of Managua. People living in this region come to Estelí to buy supplies and to sell their wares.
The population of the city is about 100,000 and growing. It is also the home of the only traffic light on the Pan American Highway between Managua and the Honduran border.
