Factor 5
Factor 5 is a software and video game developer that is best known for the Star Wars series Star Wars: Rogue Squadron. They are also known for developing the MusyX multi-platform sound technology in conjuction with Dolby, which is used to provide surround sound.
Factor 5 is famous among video game fans for their technical proficiency. In addition to developing high quality sound technology as mentioned above, their games on the N64 took advantage of that console's RAM expansion pack and their GameCube games are frequently cited as being some of the most advanced ever made for consoles at the time of their release.
