Family Fun Fitness

Family Fun Fitness is an accessory created by Bandai for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It was bundeled with the Stadium Events game (also known as Athletic World). It was originally released in Japan as Family Trainer in 1986.

It is a mat the player would lay out on the floor with two sides and each of the sides would have a different button layout. Players would then use their feet to move the character on-screen.

It had a short shelf life during September 1987. Nintendo re-released this accessory as the Power Pad and Stadium Events was re-titled World Class Track Meet .

Pressure-sensitive controller mats were later known as dance mats.
