Fareless Square
Fareless square is an area within Portland, Oregon where all TriMet Bus and MAX; as well as Portland Streetcar transit rides are free.
The farless square is extended for TriMet services, however, to include portions of the line East to the Lloyd Center Shopping Mall, roughly 2 blocks on either side of NE Multnomah Street.
This zone is designated on the East by the Willamette River, on the South and West by Interstate 405, and on the north by Hoyt Street.
