Fashion Island
Fashion Island is a large shopping center located in Newport Beach, California. It is owned by The Irvine Company who also own the business community Newport Center , of which Fashion Island is an enclave. It is located at 401 Newport Center Drive, and is reachable from the Pacific Coast Highway as well as Orange County Transit bus routes 1, 55, 57, 75, 76 and 79.
