Fathi Arafat
Fathi Arafat (1933 - 2004), born in Jerusalem, was a Palestinian physician and the founder and long-term chairman of the Palestine Red Crescent Society. He was a younger brother of the late Palestinian president Yasser Arafat.
He died in Cairo on December 1, 2004 from stomach cancer, just a month after the death of Yasser Arafat.
