Fred A. Busse
Fred Busse (March 3, 1886–July 9, 1914) was the mayor of Chicago, in the U.S. state of Illinois, from 1907 to 1911. He was a Republican. Prior to serving as mayor, he was the Illinois State Treasurer (1903–1905).
Busse's mayoral tenure is noted for its extensive corruption and presence of organized crime in the city.
He is buried in Graceland Cemetery.
