Gentofte
Gentofte is a municipality in eastern Denmark, in the county of Copenhagen on the island of Zealand. The municipality covers an area of 26 km², and has a total population of 67,957. The municipality consists of 7 smaller cities: Charlottenlund, Gentofte, Hellerup, Ordrup, Vangede, Klampenborg and Dyssegċrd. The cities lies very close to each other and no clear boundaries between them exists.
Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich is probably Gentofte's most famous son, at least among the younger generations.
Writer Dan Turéll was also born in Gentofte(Vangede).

- Bakken, the world's oldest, intact, still-surviving amusement park, located in Klampenborg.
