George Axelrod
George Axelrod (June 9th, 1922 - June 21st, 2003) was an American screenwriter, producer, playwright and film director. His career was most active during the 1950s and 1960s. In 1961 he was nominated for an Academy Award for best adapted screenplay for the film Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961).
