George Garfield Hall
George Garfield Hall (born 1925, Belfast) is an applied mathematician and scientist of distinction, known for original work on problems impacting theoretical molecular chemistry .
Now Emeritus Professor at Nottingham University, he has collaborated with (inter alia) J. Lennard-Jones, A.T. Amos, K. Collard, and D. Rees.
He is a member of the International Academy of Quantum Molecular Science, and received D. Eng. Honoris Causa from the university at Kyoto.
