Glide has several possible meanings:
- Gliding
- In the study of linguistics and phonology, glides refer to to semivowels.
- The Glide API was a proprietary 3D graphics API developed by 3dfx used on their Voodoo graphics cards.
- Glide is a parameter which appears on many synthesizers. It is equivalent to portamento, the classical term for a sliding pitch.

- Glide is a fictional language featured in the science fiction novel The Maze Game.
