Global market
When a business, company or industry has the opportunity to go beyond its domestic market to sell in some other country, one speaks of it entering the international or global market. For example, suppose the US shoe industry wants to enter the German market.
To enter the international market, a company must: study the international market sector to see whether it can be done; and decide on the likely return on the required investment.
