Hot Water Music
(Redirected from HWM)
Hot Water Music is a post-hardcore/rock band from Gainesville, Florida. The members of the band are Chuck Ragan, singer and guitar, Chris Wollard, singer and guitar, Jason Black, bass guitar, and George Rebelo, drums. HWM first formed in 1994. In 1996, after releasing two EPs and a full-length album, the band briefly disbanded, but soon reformed.
The members of Hot Water Music are good friends with Richmond, Virginia-based bands, Avail and Ann Beretta . They often play shows together.
The band's name is believed to have been taken from the book by Charles Bukowski of the same name.
