Hanged Poems
Hanged Poems or Mo'alaqat Mo'alakaat المعلقات
A group of seven poems in the Arabic language in pre-Islamic Arabia.
Due to them being classified as the best of the best in Arabic poetry, they earned the honour of being hung on the curtains of the Ka'ba.
The poems reveal a lot of how life was there then, including culture, battles, values, and more.
