Harry A. Cole
Harry A. Cole Sr. is the chemists who invented the Pine-Sol , the biggest selling household cleaner.
He was born in Jackson, Mississippi. In 1929 he created Pine-Sol, a detergent smelling of pine inspired by the many pine trees growing around his home. He sold his invention, and later created his own company, H. A. Cole Products Co.
