Heather Locklear


    Heather Deen Locklear  was born September25, 1961 at 5:40pm in Westwood, California.

Heather is the daughter of Bill and Diane Locklear. She is the youngest of four children. She has two sisters Laurie and Coleen and a brother Mark. Her father was a dean of the School of Engineering at UCLA. Heather also attended UCLA until she quit to pursue acting.


Career

Heather first started modeling when she was attending UCLA for the school store. She has been in such successful roles for television sitcoms such as Dynasty, TJ Hooker, Melrose Place, Spin City, and LAX. Melrose place lasted from 1993-1999 (heather is probably best known for playing the vicious and deceiving Amanda off of Melrose Place). Locklear also won First Americans in the Arts: Best Actress in a TV series for her role on Melrose Place. Spin City (another one of her most successful television shows) lasted from 1999-2002. Heather was 17 out of 137 in Entertainment magazine in 2004. Locklear also served for 6 years as the spokesperson for the Health and Tennis Corporation Of America.


Home Life

Heather was married to rock star Tommy Lee from 1986-1993. And after there divorce she married Bon Jovi drummer Rick Sambora on December 17, 1994 in Paris. And on October4, 1997 she gave birth to her first child Ava Elizabeth.
