Holland College is the provincial community college for the province of Prince Edward Island. It is named after British Army engineer and surveyor Captain Samuel Holland.

The college's campuses across the province are termed "centres" and many are specialized in their program offerings.

Trivia

The original name for Holland College was intended to be the Samuel Holland Institute of Technology. This was changed to the present shortened name only at the last minute after it was noticed what the acronym derived from the proposed name would be.
