Hood can refer to several things:

  • 'Hood' is the name used for the outer layer of skin surrounding the female clitoris. Usually when a clitoris is said to be pierced, it is actually the hood that is pierced.
  • 'Hood' is a common street-slang word for neighbourhood, often found in rap and hip-hop music.
