Hooiberg
Hooiberg is a 165 m high (541 ft) volcanic formation on the island of Aruba. It is located almost in the center of the island and can be seen from virtually anywhere on the island.
Hooiberg is also commonly known as Haystack.
Do you like panoramic views? One of the best views in Aruba is atop Hooiberg. There are several hundred (562 if you're counting) concrete steps that lead to the top of the mountain. On a clear day, you can see Venezuela. If you make it to the top, besides the sweeping views, you'll see a few radio antennas. Just hold on to your hat, 'cause it's real windy up there!
