Hrimthurs

In Norse mythology, hrimthurs ("rime giant") is any one of the particular tribe of giants who are made of ice and inhabit a land of eternal cold.

(The story prevalent on the Internet that "Hrimthurs" was the name of the rime giant who built the walls of Asgard with aid of Svadilfari is a misconception, probably stemming from mistaking the tribal attribution of the builder for his name. The name of the actual stonemason is uncertain; it is usually only stated that he was eventually revealed to be a hrimthurs. The translation of "hrimthurs" as "Blast" that these stories usually cite is incorrect: the word is a fusion of (h)rim rime + thurs giant.)
