Ilir Meta
Ilir Meta was the prime minister of Albania from 1999 to 2002, replacing Pandeli Majko in this position. Before he was the leader of Euro-socialists (FRESSH) in Albania. In 2003 he served as the Foreign Minister and vice prime minister of Albania. In 2004 he quited from the Socialist Party of Albania, and created his own political party, the Integretion Socialist Movement .
