History

The group released their debut LP, On Our Worst Behavior, on the Virgin Records label in 1992. Popular with teenage girls, the group went on to record three more successful albums and appear in the film House Party 3 before changing their name to "IMx" in 1999.

As IMx, the group continued to produce successful records, including IMx (2001), which included the single "First Time." They also appeared in House Party 4: Down to the Last Minute, a direct-to-video sequel to the first three films.

In 2001, producer Chris Stokes would go on to create a similar R&B group, B2K. which included Marques Houston's alleged half-brother Omarion Grandberry as its lead singer.
