In the Miso Soup
In the Miso Soup (Japanese: イン ザ・ミソスープ, which is a transliteration of the English title) is a novel by Ryu Murakami. It was published in 1997 in Japanese and in English in 2003. The novel is about a "nightlife guide", Kenji, who leads an unnerving American tourist, Frank, on a sex tour through Tokyo's red light district.
