Indian Lake (Massachusetts)
Known to locals as the "sludge pit of doom," Worcester's Indian Lake is located in the Northern part of the city, adjacent to The Bancroft School. Bancroft students joke that it is the home to many radioactively mutated species, such as three eyed fish. In winter locals hold snowmobile races on the ice, and in the summer the lake reeks of decaying matter.
