Invasion (Magic: The Gathering)
Invasion is large a Magic: The Gathering expansion set. It heralded the long-awaited return of multicolored spells, absent since the Stronghold set. As a result, it had an unusually high number of multicolored spells and a strong focus on color variety.
Invasion introduced the "Kicker" mechanic, in which spells could be casted with an additional payment to yield additional effects.
