Jack Yellen

Jack Yellen (Jacek Jeleń) (July 6, 1892 - April 17, 1991) was a Polish born American lyricist.

Yellen's family immigrated to the United States when he was five. He attended the University of Michigan and on graduating became a reporter on the Buffalo Courier in Buffalo, New York. He is best remembered for his collaboration with composer Milton Ager. He and Ager entered the music publishing business as part owners of the Ager-Yellen-Bernstein Music Company.

He died in Concord, New York.
