Jake Morgendorffer

Jake Morgendorffer is a cartoon character from the MTV television show, "Daria".

"Daria", his daughter, was known to MTV fans as a character in the Beavis and Butthead series, therefore, Jake Morgendorffer and his family lived in a city named Highland before moving on to another city, far from Beavis and Butthead's hometown. As a matter of a fact, Beavis and Butthead are only named once in the "Daria" series, and she only called them "two boys"; the Morgendorffers apparently wanted to forget Beavis and Butthead.

"Jake Morgendorffer" is a middle aged man, who always wears a ocean blue business suit. He is brown haired, and skinny.

He works in a large business building and has limited knowledge of computers. He still owns an old computer, and, in one episode that was shown around 1999, his co-workers make fun of him behind his back by saying something like "next thing we'll know, he's still on (AOL) 1.0!". Later on that episode, he asks Daria to help him find the world wide web on his old computer.

"Jake Morgendorffer" tries to be a family man as best as he can. But, with two daughters who barely speak to him (Daria and Quinn), he seems to enjoy a quality talk relationship only with his wife, Helen.

"Jake Morgendorffer" made his series debut in "Daria"s very first show, named "Esteemsters " and shown in 1997. One of his favorite phrares is "aaaahh!", as many of the show's funny things seem to happen to him all the time.
