Prince Janusz Ostrogski (1554-1620) was a Polish noble.

He was voivode of Volhynian Voivodship since 1558, castellan of Kraków since 1593 and starost włodzimierski, białocerkiewny, czerkaski, kaniowski, bohusławski, perejasławski.

Married to Zuzanna Seredi since 1582, Katarzyna Lubomirska since 1597 and Teofilia Tarło since 1612.
