Joan Enric Vives i Sicília (born July 24, 1949) is the current Bishop of Urgell and thus Co-Prince of Andorra. He was officially appointed on May 12, 2003, replacing Joan Martí Alanis.

He was born in Barcelona, and became assistant in the diocese of Urgell in 2001.
