Joe McGuire
The Honourable Joseph McGuire
The Honourable Joseph Blair "Joe" McGuire (born June 20, 1944) is a Canadian politician. He is a Member of Parliament representing the Liberals in the House of Commons for the riding of Edgmont, Prince Edward Island. He is also the Minister for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, since 2003, in the Cabinet of Prime Minister Paul Martin.
