John MacLean (hockey)
John MacLean (born November 20, 1964 in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada) is an ice hockey player who played the majority of his career with the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League. Currently, John is an assistant coach for the Devils.
During his tenure with the Devils as a player, MacLean won the Stanley Cup in 1995 and served as the alternate captain. As a coach, he won the Stanley Cup again in 2003.
As a player, he set several Devils franchise records including those for goals, assists, and points.
