Joseph B. Poindexter


Joseph B. Poindexter, formally Joseph Boyd Poindexter, was the eighth Territorial Governor of Hawai'i and served from 1934 to 1942. He was appointed to the office after the term of Lawrence M. Judd. Previous to his administration, Poindexter was a federal judge.
