Joseph Ngwenya
Joseph Ngwenya (born March 30, 1981 in Plumtree, Zimbabwe) is a Zimbabwean soccer player, who currently plays forward for the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer.
Ngwenya was drafted third overall in the 2004 MLS SuperDraft out of Coastal Carolina University, where he led the NCAA in scoring with 21 goals and 14 assists and was named a First Team All-American in 2003. In his first year with the Galaxy, he played at both forward and midfield and finished the year with 4 goals in 22 games, most of them coming off the bench.
