Judy Biggert
Judith Borg Biggert (born August 15 1937), American politician,
has been a Republican member of the
United States House of Representatives since 1999,
representing the 13th District of Illinois (map). She was born in Chicago,
was educated at Stanford University and Northwestern University, and was a lawyer and member of the Illinois House of Representatives before entering
the House.
