Juhu Beach
Juhu Beach is the most famous beach in Mumbai city, India. It is situated in Juhu suburb, on the shores of Arabian Sea.
Many tourists make it a point to visit the beach when they come to Mumbai as it is a relatively uncrowded free spaces in the city, although it does become crowded in the evenings and weekends.
It is famous for its street food, notably bhelpuri, pani puri , shevpuri , and all chaats , but visitors should be warned that hygiene standards are often low, and the same foods are usually available in nearby good hotels.
One should not expect to find ladies in bikinis here - it is a family spot. It is heavily crowded on weekends. On the southern end of the Juhu beach one can find many luxury hotels and apartments.
