Julio César Enciso
Julio César Enciso (born August 5, 1974) is a Paraguayan football player who, as of 2004 was playing for Olimpia Asunción.
Enciso played for Paraguay at the 1998 World Cup. He missed out on his country's 2002 campaign, but then was named an over-age player for the 2004 Olympics, where he helped Paraguay to a silver medal. He is one of the highest-capped players in his country's history, with 69 caps as of the end of 2004.
