|- |width=20% align=right|Opened||November 22, 1920 Junius Street is a two-track station with two side platforms, located at Livonia Avenue and Junius Street , and is the highest point on the Eastern Parkway Line, as it rises to go over the BMT Canarsie Line. It is the only station on the line where the center trackway is used. Just north of the station, a track splits from each side, merging to form the center track, which goes through the station and turns west, crossing the southbound track at grade. The track joins with one from the BMT Canarsie Line and heads to the Linden Shops .

The station has a full windscreen. Outside of the fare control is an overpass allowing pedestrians on Livonia Avenue (which the Eastern Parkway Line is elevated above) to cross over the elevated BMT Canarsie Line tracks, above the Livonia Avenue station.
