K'Ehleyr

K'Ehleyr is a character in the fictional universe of Star Trek. She is half-Klingon and half-Human. She was played by actress Suzie Plakson.

When the Klingon "sleeper ship" (a ship with a crew in suspended animation) T'Ong was being returned to Klingon space in 2365, K'Ehleyr was the supervising emissary on the mission to prevent a possible incident involving the Klingons onboard the T'Ong, who thought the Klingon Empire was still at war with the Federation ("The Emissary"). K'Ehleyr and Worf had previously been romantically involved, and when she came onto the Enterprise the two reconciled during one of Worf's calisthenic holodeck programs; Worf proposed to K'Ehleyr, but she refused.

After the successful aversion of an incident with the revived crew of the T'Ong, K'Ehleyr took command of the Klingon ship. At an unknown time after that, K'Ehleyr became a Federation ambassador to the Klingons, and it was in this capacity that she came aboard the Enterprise again in 2367 to speak to Captain Picard ("Reunion "). She shocked Worf by bringing their son Alexander, who was consumated during a brief sexual relationship during the 2365 visit.

After an explosion during the Klingon rite of accession , K'Ehleyr pursued the Khitomer investigation. When searching for evidence about the Khitomer incident, Duras was notified of her searching and sneaked into her quarters and confronted her. Upon telling Duras that she believes it was Duras' father who was the traitor for helping the Romulans and that the bomb on the Klingon ship was Romulan-based, Duras murdered her. Claiming revenge on the right of her being Worf's mate, he boarded the ship, battled with Duras, and won revenge with Duras' death.
