Kaiju
Kaijū (怪獣) is a popular Japanese term referring to monsters, especially giant monsters as portrayed in Japanese fantasy films, more precisely termed daikaijū. The similar term kaijin refers to human-like monsters in related genre. The most famous of these creatures is Godzilla.
