Kappei Yamaguchi (山口 勝平 Yamaguchi Kappei) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyū) who has voiced characters in anime, drama CDs (namely audio doramas), and video games. Like other seiyū, he has occasionally released some solo CD albums.
