Kashi Company
The Kashi Company is a subsidiary of the Kellogg Company specializing in natural breakfast cereals, crackers, and similar foods. The name was chosen by combining "kashruth" (kosher) with the last name of Michio Kushi, founder of the macrobiotic diet.
